Patient satisfaction

Assessing patient satisfaction is part of an ongoing approach to evaluating the quality of services offered to patients.

• Discharge questionnaires are given to patients depending on the type of department they have been treated in (maternity, surgery or rehabilitation). These can be deposited in ballot boxes in each department. Patients are active partners, and we listen to their needs and suggestions for improvement. The results are analysed on a quarterly basis and can be consulted on patient information boards in the hospital's departments and reception halls.

• A national online patient satisfaction survey (E-satis ) is available for patients hospitalised in medicine, surgery and obstetrics. It will be sent to you by e-mail two weeks after your discharge. This satisfaction survey is co-supervised by the French National Authority for Health and the Ministry of Health.

• A satisfaction survey conducted by user representatives is carried out from time to time throughout the year. If a survey is planned during a patient's stay, they will be informed the day before. The user representatives will seek your opinion in terms of respect for patients' rights and quality of care.

• Complaints, praise, observations and suggestions are dealt with on an ongoing basis by our departments. As a user, you have the opportunity to express your grievances orally and/or in writing. For more information, please consult the section dedicated to handling complaints and claims.
