Risk management

Hôpital Privé d'Evry implements a risk management policy within its establishment in order to anticipate and/or minimise the damage and undesirable events that may occur to patients, their relatives, visitors, professionals or the property of the health establishment. The main objectives of risk management :

• To improve the safety of people and property;
• Control risks;
• Limit the seriousness of the consequences of accidents should they occur.

In addition to these health vigilances, the establishment has a patient identity management policy, steered by the Identity Vigilance Unit.

Hôpital Privé d'Evry takes part in Patient Safety Weeks, which are annual events organised by the Ministry to raise awareness among patients and professionals, and are now part of the national patient safety programme.

The hospital's aim is to ensure a culture of safety so that patients receive the best possible care: prevention and patient information campaigns, training for professionals, reporting and monitoring of undesirable events and development of the feedback method are the day-to-day tasks of the professionals who work to control risks in the healthcare environment.
