The Commission Des Usagers (CDU)

Decree no. 2005-213 of 2 March 2005 defines the composition and operating procedures of the Users' Commission (CDU). This committee is set up in each public or private health establishment to ensure that users' rights are respected and to facilitate their procedures. It acts as a link between the establishment and users. As part of its remit, it examines your complaints and claims. The CDU is made up of the following members

  • Director
  • Director of Care
  • 2 doctor mediators
  • 3 non-physician mediators
  • Quality and Risk Management Manager
  • Heads of the various care units
  • User representatives (alternates/holders)
  • Social workers
  • Patient Relations Officer
  • Nurses
  • Nurses

The list of names of the members of the CDU is available on the information boards in each department of the establishment.

Medicalconfidentiality and anonymity

Hôpital Privé d'Evry andall its staff are bound by medical confidentiality : they take steps to ensure the confidentiality of your medical information. Your presence in our establishment will not be divulged. For this reason, we will not be able to communicate information about hospitalised patients by telephone (even to their families).

Minors and adults under guardianship The information that minors or adults under guardianship must receive is given to their legal representatives (parental authority or guardian). However, the healthcare professional must inform the persons concerned in a manner appropriate to their maturity or discernment. They must also involve them in the decision-making process.

Opposition to telephone canvassing

As part of the process of collecting your telephone details, we would like to inform you that you can refuse to be contacted by telephone. Registration on the Bloctel telephone anti-solicitation list is free of charge. You can register on the bloctel.gouv.fr website.
