In consultation with you, the referring establishment (doctor, surgeon or social worker) must use one of the three admission methods to apply to our centre:
This request must specify whether the stay is for full hospitalisation or day hospitalisation and whether you would like a single room. Your request will be examined by the CRF team at an admissions committee meeting, and you will be given a rapid reply.
If your request is accepted, your admission date will be set in accordance with the admission request and depending on the number of places available.
Go to the admission/billing office on the ground floor, open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. A receptionist will welcome you and you will complete the administrative formalities required for any hospitalisation.
To complete these formalities, you must bring the following documents with you:
You will be asked to pay a deposit of €1,000 to cover any remaining costs. This will be returned to you when you pay your bill on discharge.
In addition, you must present :
Once the admission formalities have been completed, you will be accompanied to the ward and a member of staff will settle you into your room.
On the day you are admitted to hospital, you should bring your own personal linen and toiletries (see the "Your trousseau" section of our website).
The cost of treatment is covered at 100% if you are covered by social insurance and affiliated to a social security centre. You must pay the daily rate and the patient's fixed contribution (depending on the length of stay), as well as any hotel supplements requested.
80% of the cost of treatment is reimbursed if you are covered by social security and affiliated to a social security centre, but cannot prove that you meet any of the above conditions.
You will still have to pay the co-payment, i.e. 20% of the daily rate at our establishment, as well as the fixed daily rate, the insured person's fixed contribution (depending on the length of stay) and any hotel supplements requested.
If you are in any other situation, please contact the admissions/billing department on 01 69 47 63 63.
Your mutual insurance company may cover some of the costs associated with your stay, so be sure to ask about this.
Below is the main information you will need to prepare for your stay in our establishment. When you are admitted, you will be given a welcome booklet.

Trained nursing staff are committed to managing your pain and providing you with all the information and support you need. The doctors will explain the most effective and appropriate ways of relieving your pain. Your participation is important, because the more information you can provide about your pain, the more quickly and effectively your carers will be able to relieve you.
A Pain Management Committee (Comité de Lutte contre la Douleur - CLUD) is present within the structure to organise and coordinate the fight against pain.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the teams in charge of your care.
If you are currently taking any medication, you should mention this to your referring doctor on your arrival at the centre and to the nursing staff on your arrival. Don't forget to bring all your prescriptions with you. In accordance with the regulations and to avoid any interaction with medication, any personal medication you bring with you during your stay will be kept by the nursing staff and returned to you on your discharge. Under no circumstances should you continue your treatment on your own while you are in hospital.
You can access the first official public information website on medicines here.
If you wear dental or hearing aids, please tell the nursing staff as soon as you arrive. Avoid wrapping your prosthesis in paper or a handkerchief, or placing it on a meal tray, as these are the best ways of losing it.

Most of the time, you will be welcomed by the nursing team, to whom you will give your medical file (last hospitalisation report, biological and radiological tests, current treatments, etc.).
The medical secretary will also be an important contact for you (appointments, preparation for leave, discharge, etc.).
Your referring doctors, a general practitioner and a Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (PRM) specialist, will examine you, adapt your treatment and draw up your rehabilitation programme, depending on whether your musculoskeletal or neurological systems have been affected. Throughout your stay, this programme will be adapted and modulated according to your progress.
