The Champs Elysées Functional Rehabilitation Centre (CRF) is located in the north-east of the Essonne department(91), in the heart of the town of Evry. It opened its doors in March 2007.
The centre specialises in neurological rehabilitation and orthopaedic rehabilitation for adult patients.
Adjacent to the Clinique de l'Essonne, it ensures continuity of care for orthopaedic surgery patients requiring rehabilitation. These two establishments make up theHôpital Privé d'Evry, which is part of the Almaviva Santé group, the sixth largest private healthcare group in France.
The centre's activities are focused on restoring patients' functional abilities and quality of life. The medical team's primary role is to design and supervise re-education/rehabilitation programmes for patients who have suffered accidents or serious pathologies requiring multidisciplinary care.

Get off at Evry-Courcouronnes or Orangis Bois de l'Epine station, a 25-minute walk from the hospital, or take the bus (see "By bus").
